Thanks! Nice to know I'm not losing it. Wondered why they would put a 15k unit with heat pump called "bedroom" and then only put two small roof vents in the bedroom for it to use to cool my bedroom. "Booster" makes more sense. Thanks all!!

BandBmalin, we too are in a 3820FK. This AM cut the rear HP on to see what kind of airflow we had through the coach. The bedroom airflow was warm and moving pretty good through the roof vents. In the living area and kitchen, there was airflow but it was very, very minimal. On a side note, sure wish Keystone/Montana had put the HP in the living area vs the bedroom. Don't mind the bedroom being cooler.

FloridaFlockers, one thing we did that helps that airflow is we removed the vent covers on the two vents over the ceiling fan. We just leave those two wide open and the cooling/heating is soooooo much better. The duct inside is silver so it really isn't all that noticeable either. Helps with cooling quite a bit during those 90 degree Florida days!! While camping last weekend, the rest of the coach was decent and we didn't burn up in the bedroom. (Also ran the fireplace heater which helped.)

Tech in upstate NY put hot tub hose in all vents! Airflow is good now, it was recommended by Montana.

Carl n Susan, thank you for the link to the Atwood furnace. Keystone furnished us with installation instructions, no operating instructions. Our furnace fan would come on but wouldn't lite & heat when we were in north GA. CW told us water had corroded the circuit board. WHY would Keystone mount the circuit board near the vent for water & rain to get to it. We have a 2016 3160RL. I want to remove the outside cover & see if CW moved the circuit board up as they said they would.

Setup in our 3791RD
Rear AC supplies all sealing registers in both modes. Front AC (only) is mainly for fwd bedroom to boost it. We haven't run it alone,, just too cold in Virginia. PS. Our heat pump failed after 2 days in our new unit. RV is in for repairs, ,

I checked the propane tanks all ok check exhaust to make sure no obstruction , check the fuse and ran the three burner stove and everything is running fine . Thanks in advance for the advice

G Army, I`ve seen on other threads that there is a tube of some kind in there that has holes in it, they get rusty restricting the airflow to allow proper lighting of the furnace. Sounds like it was an easy fix by reading some of the comments.

My issue was similar to yours I ended up having to remove the burner all together and clean it out the holes at partially rusted shut water got inside the furnace unit
You might also check to see if you have a flashing red light on the small little board that controls everything on the furnace and make sure that you reset the burner there is a switch to do that but I would guess it's only a gas but I would guess you might have water inside that burner assembly

You have a few basic tools it's not that difficult to remove the assembly clean and reassemble but here again that will depend on the level of urgency you may have and your ability to do some minor work with tools and so forth
Make sure you have the furnace turned off before you start your work you don't want that igniter to come on why you got your hands or you were going to be very unhappy camper but it's fairly easy to remove

GO ARMY, considering your wet weather conditions, I would strongly suggest that when conditions permit to take off the outside furnace cover and check for wetness inside. If the control board gets damp or wet, it can malfunction, giving you the symptoms you describe. Ask me how I know that . . . . The outside cover on my HC was allowing water to drip in at the top, due to a bad sealing job at the factory. Some silicone caulk took care of that issue. When I had your problem, I actually had water on the control board and connections to it. I disconnected the power, both 12V and AC, and then took off and dried all the connections I could, and then used a small hair dryer to dry the whole area out. Poof, furnace worked!
