Galley drain problems

I’ve been living in my 2012 Mountaineer for 6 months. No problems dumping galley tank till now. I use sink filters so no big stuff goes down. Tried to dump galley yesterday, moved really slow, closed it and tried to finish today, barely any movement. I just don’t know what to do.

You probably have done some/all of these things, but here is a list.
Keep valve closed and only dump every few days. At that time drain it and use the back flush. I prefer to run it with the valve closed for 3-4 minutes(that doesn't over fill it) and then dump to get it clean. I have a extension thing on the drain that is clear so I can tell when it is clean.
Then close the black valve and drain the gray tanks. I don't stay in one place long enough, but those that do recommend leaving the gray valves open until a day before draining the black (so you can have some water to clean out the residue from the black tank).
And make sure you don't skimp on water when using the bathroom.
Good luck.

You described problems with your galley gray. Don’t know if you keep open or closed. Your drain valve may not be opening/closing properly, something jammed in the valve channel itself. Try opening and closing the valve several times. With access to the valve under the belly, you can confirm and manually open and close. Could be some form of blockage in the line itself. If you know valve works, you could try closing, fill the tank to increase release pressure flow and dump and hopefully clear by pushing out the blockage.

Thanks. I don’t use bathroom, only galley. How do I figure out why it’s not draining. I’m by myself , no one to help me.

That's a real problem because it sounds like it's either the valve, a blockage in the line or it could be that the vent devise under the sink is stuck closed and needs to be opened up. The vent valve is a plastic cannister that's on the top of a pipe under the sink area
