Art n Marge - in case you missed it, go to the Steadyfast.com website for more info. Near the top of the 1st page is a link to the NuWa Owners forum (nuwaowners.org) in which is a discussion comparing Jt's & Steadyfast. A contributor listed as Zues actually tried both brands on his same RV, and said he felt the SteadyFast was the best. As noted by another comment above, the SteadyFast does include all the hardware needed, even the correct sized drill bits for installation. And yes, I do know Paul Hanscom the inventor & owner of SteadyFast, and know his approach is that he wants his customers to be completely satisfied. If you do not feel the product does what you felt it should have, he will buy it back from you! If you want any more info you can send me a PM & I will be happy to help. mike

Art n Marge - I just rechecked the SteadyFast.com website. The info I referred to is listed near the top of the "Customer Feedback" page. Sorry I wasn't more specific. mike

Ah yes, thanks for the correction. I had also seen some other testimonials in other areas and I did find the Zues comments with your instructions.
