We are WHERE??

Al and I are on the road, have left SE Michigan behind, ditto, Auburn Indiana, Springfield Illinois, St. Louis Missouri, Joplin Missouri, Norman Oklahoma, Grapevine Texas, Midland/Odessa Texas, Carlsbad New Mexico and we are now Las Cruces New Mexico. Al has been feeling icky for about a week now, but promises to rest tomorrow (Hmmm, OK, we shall see! )

If ya all are bored (ha ha ha) you can visit my blog, URL at the bottom of my sig line and read about all it. We are calling it "THE Trip". (Posts are several days behind.)

Since this is basically our first trip west of I 35, we are in a lot of new territory and a wee bit out of our comfort zone, its great!

We are leaving for Arizona on Sunday, so we will see you at Q next month. After Q we will be headed east to NM and then south to Texas before heading back home by the first of March. Gotta get ready for the Spring Rally you know. Have a great trip and rest once in awhile.

You've seen so many new faces and new places in the last weeks since leaving your stick built home. Spend some time in each one and enjoy. It is a great journey, and will give you both great memories. Love your blog..................

Thanks Carolyn and Marge & John, for the kind comments re, the blog.

We are moseying (is that a word?) along, but, trying to get outta the cold and away from threats of snow and ice. So, we have scurried a bit, but, have seen and done pretty much what we wanted with the snow/ice run factored in. Toss in two tornado weather threats/events, and, a bit of campsite flooding, hey, we missed the snow! (SO FAR!)

So far, tis been good, I mean, Thanksgiving near the burial place of my gg grandfather, which I never ever considered I would get to visit, and concerts, and running into bloggers and MOCers, so far, ya, good!

Carol, I've always felt the East is beautiful but the West is stunning. There is so much to see. Enjoy!

Al and I are finally over the ickies, getting out and about in Las Cruces New Mexico. We could not have had the wheels fall off in a nicer place. We are paid up till about the 13th of January, and then will put the wheels back on and roll towards Quartzsite.

Happy New Year MOCers and friends.
