Water pump issue

Just ran into this problem over the weekend. No problem with water pressure when hooked up to the city water but when I'm not hooked up then the water pump runs but I'm not getting any water from my fresh water tank to the sink or toilet. I can hear the pump running and I have about 3/4 full showing on the sensor. Any suggestions?

Sensors are like some used car salesmen... they lie.. Try to add water, then try it.

I suggest you check your water valve settings in the convenience setting. It sounds like one is set to winterize.
Good luck, let us know what you find.

Never thought to look at the winterizing valve. I'll check it out.

You may have an air-lock. I had that problem and turned on my taps in the shower and let the pump run until I could hear it energizing and water began to flow normally. Just a thought.

It was definitely the winterizing valve. Checked it out this morning and sure enough it was turned the wrong way. Thanks, water is pumping fine now!
