2015 Montana 3440RL Electrical Question

On our 2005 Montana we had an inverter, does our 2015 have a dedicated inverter like the 2005 one or is it part of the power panel, because for the life of me I cannot find one. I have pulled off the basement panels and it is no where to be found?

Thanks

The 2005 would have come with a converter and I believe the new ones have it as part of the panel. An inverter would be added if the new unit has an residential refrigerator.

I don't know how the new Montana's are installing inverters. On an old motor home, we had an inverter associated with the charger, it was an inverter/charger and had a remote located inside.

The converter is built in to your breaker box.

Bob your "converter" is integral to the electrical panel installed beneath the coat closet at the stairs. Unless you got your 3440RL with a residential fridge it would not have come with an "inverter".

You can find more information about the panel here:

The PD4500 is the family model.

Our 2015 inverter is part of the fuse/circuit breaker box. Very convenient

Ya know I made a mistake, I should have said converter, not inverter. On my 2005 I had this box like think that was behind the basement wall which I thought was the converter, but not in the 2015. Thanks for the clarification.
