We put the second sink in our stick home and all we use if for is storage. Sweaters, shirts whatever comes off when we hit the shower and isn't going in the dirty cloths ends up in the second sink along with a hair dryer or two. Sounded like a great idea when we put it in, but we aren't the right folks for that configuration. I thought maybe it would be an option for me when Joyce had the facilities occupied, but Joyce wouldn't go for that either. So here I am just a guy with his storage sink.

Our stick home has three bathrooms. Helen and I have our individual bathrooms mine off the master bedroom and hers in the hall way across from what once was the other three bedrooms. The third is on the lower level off the family room.
The second sink and vanity in the 3402 would be for my stuff. To be able to shave without dodging around Helen is worth a new camper.

Go for it Rich. We have had little trouble with our 2010 3455sa. The landing gear failed and were replaced while we were in the camp ground at Myrtle Beach, excellent ser. Our ceiling fan had bearing noise and was replaced. The fan on the fireplace failed, was replaced. You've read the tire deal. All excellent ser. No real Montana problems. Just wish I had waited for the Big Sky package. Well, next time. Larry

We really hate to give this 06 3400 up as we have it the way we like it and although it has not been without problems it has served us well for 6 years and over 60K miles. the only thing that stands between us and the new 3402 is our ever changing mind. Due to logistics it will probably be next years model.

If ya'll would simply learn how to flip a coin you wouldn't need the new fiver. The coin will tell you who gets to use the sink and vanity first. Stop and think about it. The camping lifestyle is supposed to be laid back. Laid back folks aren't in a hurry. It shouldn't matter who uses the sink first or last. Are you newlyweds? If you have been married long you should have learned how to compromise. You should also have developed selective hearing by now. Keep your fiver and invest the money on a camping lot.

I also like the idea of owning the land and parking the Monty on my own property. Are you thinking of a RV Resort lot or an undeveloped lot in the country?

Rv resort. There is a RV/Golf resort nearby that is really nice. Wife likes to play golf and although I have not played for a very long time I think I am now old enough to play Golf.
It is called Deer creek Rv and golf resort with several different areas. We like the one called Regal Ridge. We will be leasing a lot there next season and looking to buy one. we have MOC friends who have a lot there.

There are many RV parks where you can permanently keep your RV. It would be stored in their storage when you are not using it, then when you want to use it, you call and they haul it out of storage and put it on a space for you. There is an annual fee, and a daily fee when you use it...but you don't need a truck.

thanks richfaa, we plan to travel a few years but observing other experienced folks handle the changes of life is a good thing. The best example I ever heard of was my young adult friend Roy Corrigan's father Wrong Way Corrigan learning to farm his orange grove. Mr. Corrigan would get up on the roof of his barn and watch what the neighbors, then do those things he had observed on his place.
