Curry Hammock State Park FL

Anyone ever been to Curry Hammock SP near Marathon Key? I just made reservations for the weekend before Thanksgiving. It appears to be really nice, has 50 AMP, and I even got an oceanfront site for less than $32 a night.

Curry Hammock is a real nice park. I was a volunteer there in Nov. and Dec of 2005 when it opened. It is a small park with only 28 campsites. The sites are spacious and level with 50 amp service. Some of the sites also have an area when you can also put a tent along with the RV. The waterfront sites are not right on the water,but real close. There is a vegetation buffer between the sites and the shore.It is open with no large trees. The day use area is very nice with covered picknic tables. Kyak rentals and beautiful sunrises on the ocean.
