Broken Dryer

We have used our dryer for six months while stationary with no issues but we have been on the road for the last month and last night the Splendide Ariston decided to stop working. It appears the dryer has no power, breaker didn't trip and the unit is plugged in. Any thoughts? My real question is, can I get the control panel off without taking the dryer off the washer? Now I'm looking for an internal wire that has come loose. Thanks for your input!

My guess is the door switch is out of action and not allowing the dryer to function. As to getting to anything without major work...my guess is no, but I don't own one.
