Late model GM truck owners!

If you have power door locks and a locking tailgate, and would like to have the tailgate lock and unlock with the doors, you can! I bought a product from Pops and Locks last week and installed it this past week end. Installation took about two hours and required no special tools, other than a torx bit and a soldering iron. No heavy lifting or brain surgery. For a complete write up with pictures, follow the link below.

Tom, I am interested in having you install the system on my truck. What time can you come over? What beer do you like? Any special requests for lunch?

Sorry, I only work on GM products.

I got a note saying the link doesn't work. Are others having problems?

That should all be fixed and you should be able to view it without registering or signing in. A bunch of posts somehow got tagged private and we're untagging them.

One more question Tom? Will that interfere with my heated tailgate feature?

Not only does it not interfere, it gives you the option of cooling as well as heating!
