Level Up not working
I brought my Monty out of storage, and noticed the Level Up was running really slow. I had to have my truck plugged in and let it run awhile before it would operate. The camper battery is fully charged, so I thought that was strange. I got the camper home and plugged it into shore power. Same thing.
I've read on here that you can reset the LCI by unplugging it and waiting, then plugging it back in. Does anyone know where the plug is on the 2014 305 RL?

Dummy me. I just thought about something. When I put my battery back into the Monty from the winter, I did not turn the reconnect battery switch back on.... Heading out to try that. I'll let you know if it still doesn't work.

Happens to all of us. As Golf Brooks says: "Brain Farts" and I have a lot of them.

I wish I had a dollar for each time a MOC member forgot to flip the battery switch.

If you look at my early posts you'll find a one where I was in a panic because of things that didn't work and it was me forgetting about that switch. Since we've full timed for years now the potential is there for me to forget about it again if I ever used it again.

Years ago, we were camping in our 5th wheel toy hauler out at the dunes....we had the opposite problem. Generator was running, but no power to the coach. Spent half the day troubleshooting....gave up and piggy backed in buddy's gen set. Got home, went to plug in and realized, I had forgotten to flip the switch....duhhhhh!!

Thanks everyone for the moral encouragement.
I am still getting an error message. Its either the LF jack or the RR jack, and I can't get it to reset. I can run the jacks up and down manually, but it doesn't let me auto level.
Anyone have an idea?

You can call Lippert Customer service they're very good, or you can reboot the computer by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. The plug is probably on the other side of the wall. When we had Level-up added I asked the tech about it. He said the need to reboot doesn't come up often but he put a red plug on mine to make it easy to find. Look for a computer like wire coming out of the wall.

I had the same problem on my 2015 model 305RL... same symptoms.
Try "homing" the jacks by fully retracting all jacks (with the camper off the truck). Be sure all jacks are down at least 6 inches. Then, press and hold the "retract" button until all jacks are in the full up position. This will put the nose of the camper very low to the ground and the rear jacks will be up. Turn the control panel off and wait 20 seconds. Turn the control panel back on and try the auto level command.
If this doesn't work, call Lippert, they may be able to talk you through some other procedures. 574-537-8900.
My problem turned out to be a binding leg causing excessive current draw and throwing the system into an error, but there are many other reasons the error message may occur.

Anglerdad, if the slide rooms and jacks are working in the manual mode, sounds to me that for some reason the system has lost zero set-point. If the pump is seeing a good ground, it is getting 12+ volts and fluid level in the reservoir is adequate, the system may just need to be calibrated to zero.
Just got done doing it to this Mountaineer because I discovered it was not done by Keystone or my dealer. We could not figure out why our bed room door kept wanting to close by itself. Got to taking measurements outside and things were not looking right. Went to Navarre Lumber Company and bought an 8 dollar 2 foot carpenter's level. Yup! Nose high and tilted to the left. Got Lippert's manual out and easily leveled the unit front to rear and side to side in the manual mode. Followed the easy steps for the control panel and it is all done!
I then took measurements and everything looks much gooder! Discovered in the process that the tires on the off door side are off the concrete. The ones on the other side are barely touching. So, layed the level on the concrete slab we are parked on.....it is not level to the world! But, the 5th wheel is!

After putting the battery back in from winter storage, I noticed the display on the touch pad had no characters. Just the "backlight" was on.
I was told by lippert service to unplug the touch pad, wait a few minutes, reconnect and see.
(Connection is on the back of the pad). This worked!#128512;. Thank goodness, cause a new one is over $200 from them.
