Air Cond. problem

My son is visiting us in Michigan from Colorado. He and his family towed a Jayco Featherlite here and it is parked in front of our Mountaineer. The air conditioner is leaking codensation water into his trailer from the air conditioner unit. The air unit is a Coleman. Anyone have any advice as to where it could be comeing from? This is the first time that they have had to use the air conditioner as they camp in the Rockies and only have to use the furnace.
