If you are in the North west buy your fuel in Oregon, Washington along the Columbia is pretty much 4.00 + per gallon on diesel. And of course Pilot on I84 east of the Dalles advertised cash price was 3.59 but CC or Debit was 4.02. they listed 4 different prices just for diesel. Won't be stopping there again, I even used their discount card and still got jabbed.

I read on Yahoo news just a few days ago about the glut in natural gas and oil in the good ole USA due to the new fracking and how oil prices are are going down. Well I read it and that day in Elkhart IN while I was out looked at the diesel prices and wow, could not believe what I was seeing........$4.29 a gal. and I ask myself why is this, then it dawned on me, its because THEY CAN!!
