Fridge Not Working

I have the Monty parked next to the house connected to 50amp power. I have the fridge always on and yesterday I opened the fridge and noticed that it was not working. I changed it to gas and only the freezer worked. I switched it to AC and it stopped working again. Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks in Advance!

Did you check the breaker in electrical panel. The breaker could be tripped.

Actually there is no difference between the freezer and the fridge, if the freezer is working, then the whole thing is working. As Gene says, check the breaker first. If the breaker is OK, then look in the outside panel to see if there is anything amiss, like a loose wire. (There is a an electical outlet back there that the fridge plugs into, make sure that it is plugged in). When it is working the "chimney stack" should feel hot. If it is not hot, and everything else looks OK, I would suspect the heating element that is at the bottom of that stack.

Genb...I checked the breaker and it seems fine.
OntMont...I checked the outside panel and noticed nothing wrong. I also checked the fuses and nothing. The fridge has power, but nothing works. Don't understand! I made an appointment to take the trailer to the dealer. We'll see what happens. I appreciate your responses.

Seem strange that the freezer will operate on gas. May have a coolant leak--did you notice in strange odors or see any yellowish powder in the back of the ref.? You have a three year warranty on the ref. assuming that it is a Dometic. You will have to take to your dealer anyway for an analysis of what is wrong and what parts are needed.
