Does a 2014 3582rl come standard with rear stabilizer jacks?

Rear Stabilizers are standard *IF* you don't have the Level Up System. But I haven't seen a new model recently that doesn't have the Level Up.

When we were purchasing the new rig, dealer told us unless you order a Montana without the levelers, levelers are what you get. We also have noticed that many of the "options" Keystone advertise seem to come loaded already on units, whether you want them or not. Our 3910 came loaded, to include 3 Fantastic fans, for example.

Those of us that have both the level-up and rear levelers have added level-up and elected to keep the rear levelers also.
