Front landing gear fuse location

I have a Montana 5th wheel 2955 and I am trying to locate the fuse for the front landing gear. I have looked in the battery compartment and tried to follow the wiring to no avail. I think I have located a reset fuse that may be for the legs but I am not positive. Any suggestions. I think it should be a 30 amp fuse.

Follow the wire up towards the motor and there should be a inline fuse along the wire. I have a 40 amp fuse in the inline holder.

The fuse in our trailer is in the wire loom. It was not easy to find.

Mine is an inline fuse, and very hard to see in the back right corner, looking in.

Ours was also hard to see. It is in a black case with a black cover so you could not see the fuse at all. Just follow the wires and look for a bulge and see if that bulge has a cap that can be pried off. I'd take a picture except I removed ours and replaced it with an auto resetting breaker.

If yours is a 30 amp fuse, as some are, for under five bucks at most auto parts store you can buy an auto resetting breaker that is shaped just like the fuse and fits in that holder. Then when it pops all you have to do is wait a few seconds for it to cool and reset, then have another go at it.

Ours was 40amp and I could not find that fuse style breaker in 40 amp so had to hardwire the 40 amp breaker.

Good luck.
