Composite 20lb LP tank
I will be offering the 20lb composite LP tanks at the fall rally again this year. The price is still $60.00. I will only be bringing pre ordered tanks (not prepaid) so if your are interested pm me.

Did I read that these had certification problems or something like that and the company was forced into bankruptcy?

Not Don's company those are good tanks. Don, what's the chance of getting 30# tanks? Any progress on that front?

Still no luck. I check on it every year and the manufacture doesn't think there is a market for them I guess.

It is a very light weight tank that weighs less full than a steel tank does empty. If you carry a tank for a grill or just a spare, it is easy to handle and weighs a lot less.

And aren't some of them semi see through? You can actually visualize the level of propane in the tank at a glance.

Bought one of these from Don 2 or 3 years ago(whenever he first posted having them at the Fall Rally) and have carried it with us on all outings. Use it for the grill and also as a backup for the tanks in the Monte. Used it this last CPRR for the Oilless Turkey Fryer to cook the ribs in and worked like a champ! If you are going to be at the Fall Rally, I would highly recommend purchasing one of these 20# bottles from Don. Besides being lighter full than an empty steel tank, you are also able to see how much propane you have left in the tank which is very helpful when running low on propane.
