Black water tank.

while spending a Month near Yellowstone Park. I did a booboo. l filled and drained my black tank. I forgot to shut off the fill hose valve, went to town 10 miles away. 15min. Later, I got a call saying water was running out of my rig(a 2015 Montana 3100. we rushed back to camp, the water was shut off eariler. opened the rig there was no water anywharein the rig? the only water was coming from under the basement floor. the only thing I can think of is the black tank may have a hole or crack in top of the black tank. Any thoughts?
