Karen and I, with the fur kids will be in Del Rio, TX from 1 Dec until at least 1 Mar. Maybe longer depending on the weather. We are at the Holiday Trav-L-Park out by Amistad Lake, site QQ. Look for the big SOB with another states name on the side. Bob

Hello:

My wife and I will be at Blueberry Hill RV Resort in Bushnell, FL from 1/3/09 to 3/27/09 -- We will be on site E-7

We stayed their 1/5/08 to 2/21/08 and found it really suited our lifestyle - it was nice being able to walk to Wally World to shop.

Our truck moved only once per week, that's when we took our Sunday drive.

We will be going to the Tampa RV show and will be watching for Glenn's announcement for the MOC meet.

Carla and I will be in Oleander Acres, site #213, somewhere around January 1. Considering the number of posters who are telling us where they are staying in FL has FL been moved to the RGV? Anyway anyone traveling to the RGV keep us posted as to any problems as a result of the hurricanes.

We will be at Riverside RV Resort in Arcadia, Fl. site 142 from now until mid-April (gone for a few weeks over the holidays). We'd love to have any other Monty owners stop in and stay for a while. Great park, great people, great activities, and best of all within 5 miles of I-75. Mention our name if you do plan to stop as the manager will always try to find a spot for anyone who knows someone in the park. The park is very full from Jan. to Mar.

I LOVE hearing where ya all are staying, California, Florida, Texas

But, me thinks, you will find other MOCers in California if you list where you are staying in another thread, ditto for Florida.

This thread was intended for those Winter Texans who head for the Rio Grande Valley.

I know there is a thread about Florida Snow Birds, they are talking about the Tampa Trailer show and some get togethers. There is also a thread about Quarzite (is that spelled right?? ) as they are planning a campout there again this year.

If you stay in Florida or Arizona or California, you might like to find those threads too. In the meantime, Keep on posting!

By the way, Winter Texans (and proud of it) Carol and Al, Mrs. Countryguy and Countryguy are booked into the same site and campground we stayed in last year, Bentsen Palms Village, Mission, Texas, site 522. God willing and the creek don't rise (read that as the economic condition does not get any worse than it is now), we will be there, currently booked Jan 3 to April 3, 2009.
