Our late 06 3400 has been out in the driveway since we returned from Arizona ( April 2nd) We are treating all the tanks, The fresh water, both grey's and black tank's are 2/3 full. The furnace is set at 50 Degrees , , no external water line hooked to the camper. No heaters in any compartments. The furnace is set at 50 degrees. It has been in the low to mid 20's since April 4th . I have checked the camper several times, turn on the pump run the water every where..nothing frozen, Checked twice today..everything is good. I am surprised but pleased.

On edit.. Checked the low point drains that are inside the docking station on our late 06 3400. opened them and they flowed freely. It is still well below freezing here and all works well.. We are happy to report things that work as advertised and not so happy to report things that do not but will continue to report both with equal enthusiasm.
On another edit..We are full of positive things today. After @6500 miles of 2 mountain bikes bouncing around on a ladder rack we are pleased, but surprised, to report the the ladder held up perfectly, nothing loose. We did have the ladder and bikes firmly secured and I doubt if the whole assembly, bikes and rack weigh 75 lbs..but just the same..no problems..(we are still having a rear hitch installed on the camper..)

We also towed with two adult mountain bikes firmly affixed to the ladder for two years and had zero problems with the ladder. I'm convinced having them tightly held to the ladder is the key.
