Insulated Fan-Tastic Fan Cover

I was looking to put a fantastic fan in the bathroom (like the quiet) and I keep coming across an optional insulated vent cover from the manufacturer, but can't find it to see what it looks like.

Does anyone have one of these optional insulated vent lids - or ever seen one?

Several folks here have replaced the bathroom 'jet engine' with a 12V 'muffin fan' of the type used in computers. That would be about 80% less noise than even a fantastic fan. Much cheaper too!

You can get them with speed controlers as well.

Look here: http://www.quietpcusa.com/fan.html

Haven't seen one Brad, but are you talking about the one that opens to allow the fan to work or another one that is over the top like Maxx Air?

Well it got here (model 6000 automatic without remote with "insulated vent cover"). It's the fantastic fan with the automatic vent cover that opens electrically. The vent lid is smoke colored but is a double layer lid, like the skylight over the shower. I guess the air gap between layers serves as the "insulated" model. Kinda cool I guess, didn't know there was such a thing.
