Converter

We have a 2005, 3400 RL Montana. Can anyone tell me where the converter is located? We had 2 new batteries installed and the batteries lose the charge after 3 to 4 days.
Actually had to buy a charger to charge the batteries while we were on the road. It sounds like the converter is the issue. Anyone else have this problem and how did they resolve it?
Thanks,
Jim & Marge
