Big day on Friday!

We pick up our 344RET Mountaineer from the dealer on Friday! Dealer is in Pennsylvania, we are in Illinois - so we leave tomorrow. Should be about a nine hour drive, but of course there is a 'weather system' moving in and we are supposed to see some rain and snow!

We'll be camping in Pennsylvania in that lovely weather - testing out the rig, until Monday, when we'll take it back to the dealer for anything that might need to be done. This is the only time we had until mid-June to pick it up, so we'll be spending Easter at the Mercer KOA!

We are very excited and would not have been at this point without this forum! So much information, and so many great people willing to share. We hope to be able to give back soon!

Beth

CONGRATULATIONS Beth!!! I know how excited you are we've all been there Since you're headed eastbound, the wind will be behind you. I'm in Ohio, but the weather situation covers several states, however most areas are only getting snow flurries and some cold wind gust. Drive Safe and take your time and have a wonderful time at the KOA!!!

Congratulations!! That will be an exciting trip! Hopefully the weather won't be too bad. At least it will be toasty inside the new Mountaineer! Have a safe trip.

I hope you have a safe and fun time as you pickup and test your new coach. New toys are a lot of fun.

Congrats! Nothing like testing out your new Montana out in some "weather" to see how it stands up. Careful on the roads, though.

Enjoy the trip. There is nothing like the feeling of spending that first night in the new unit. Have a safe trip.
