The Registration for the 2019 MOC Fall Rally
September 11th -18th is now CLOSED!!

(Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds, Goshen, Indiana)

200 sites have been filled so we are no longer taking reservations for the Rally.
Please use the following link to go to the "Rally Registration List" where you can send a "Quick reply" to be put on the waiting list.
Please include your full name(s), your MOC Name and a phone number we can use to reach you if a site opens up!

This year we will again be using RegOnLine to sign up for the rally, pay your fees and also to enter your information for the rally book.

Costs:
For 2019 the rally fee will be $80 per RV unit which includes 2 people. The charge for guests is $30 per person. Camping fees are $187.50 for the 7 nights of the rally.

NEW this year, if you plan an early arrival on Monday Sept. 9th or Tuesday Sept. 10th you will receive the discounted camping rate for the Rally but you must sign up during the registration process.

If you are arriving before September 9th it is your responsibility to make arrangements with the Fairgrounds. You should also note that you may not have access to your assigned site before September 9th.

If registering on a smartphone or tablet, you will not be able to upload a photo so we recommend using a computer to register.

Please note: the charge for the Rally fees will show up as Rally n Events LLC on your credit card statement.

The 2019 MOC Rally Refund Policy is as follows

The cut-off date for rally registration is August 10th, 2019 @ 11:59 pm.
Any cancellation prior to the cut-off date will receive a partial refund based on expenses incurred.
After the cut-off date, a refund will be considered only after the Rally has ended and all bills have been paid.

Please be advised that online registrations are being accepted until 11:59pm on
August 10th. Sites are limited so register as soon as possible, don’t be left out!

Are sites assigned in the order the registration is completed? i.e. First registrations get sites nearer the center of CG or the buildings or what?

Sites are usually assigned for ADA, length of RV and then after that ???

Tom and Gail-- The sites are not assigned as to when you register. They will be assigned later this summer about two weeks before the Rally. The sites are not on a first come first served basis but I would recommend you signing up ASAP since there are a limited number of sights and once filled those signing up after the number is reached will go on a waiting list. See you at the Rally in September!

Francis and Linda-- You must signup for the 2019 Fall Rally by going to the Rally Registration page and fill in all the info required and pay on that site also. We cannot sign you up for the Rally, it is your responsibility to do this yourself. Sending you a PM or email on this also.

Thorsell-- Laura, the sites at the Elkhart County Fairground are basically all the same size so there is no difference on length of units for assignment of sites. The ADA does fall into the assignment procedure and we TRY to put any disabled attendees as close as possible to the Activity Area where the sessions will be held. We only have a limited number of ADA spaces available so if anyone falling under the ADA, PLEASE state this on your registration.

Hi Rondo, Neither myself or the Albedyll's who also just registered saw anywhere to request an ADA site. How can it be now noted in the registration?

Laura, Sorry but the registration cannot be changed now that it has gone to press. I guess I was thinking of the registration from a few years back that had this on it. There will be a separate thread on this specific category posted here on the Forum under the 2019 Fall Rally site concerning this. If anyone needs an ADA site, please post on it requesting an ADA site. We will try and fulfill any requests for an ADA site but as I stated prior, there are only a limited number of sites available. Sorry for the confusion.

All of the sites have full hook ups, 50A.

As scottz has stated "all sites have full hookups, 50A". I would recommend to all those registering to bring extra sewer hose and extra water hose since all sites are back-in sites and and all the utilities (water, electric and sewer) are at the rear of your unit or site.
