door lock

The screws that hold the inside door handle/lock have been stripped. Anyone have any ideas on an easy fix for this problem ?

It's probably easiest to just replace the lock assembly. They aren't that expensive. We replaced ours with this one http://www.rvlocksandmore.com/LocksK...TTL-43900-2006

We got the more expensive one so it wouldn't work with the fairly universal key that's out there.

You can also get cheaper ones from them: http://www.rvlocksandmore.com/LocksK...43610-2006-1PK

Or even cheaper at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Traile...s%2C182&sr=8-4

I replaced ours after the inside latch broke, stranding the DW inside, and without her cell phone. She was smart enough to use a key to slide the spring loaded bolt open with, and was mad as a wet hen. I was able to find this lock, which was a direct replacement needing no modifications. https://www.trimarkcorp.com/en/zPlat...categoryid=112
