Installing Fantastic Fans

I want to install 2 or 3 fantastic fans in my 3255RL. I have checked with Camping World, looked at the fans, etc. and it doesn't seem it would be difficult.

Each vent opening is near 12V lights so I believe I can get 12V without any trouble. All 4 of my vents have Max Aire covers on the vents so I know I have to remove them to install the fans. I don't have any reason to use the ones with the thermostats as the conventional ones will serve my purpose fine.

I assume I just have to take off the Max Aire covers, remove the original vents, install the new ones and wire them to 12VDC.

Anyone that has done this? Anything special I should look our for?
