Have you checked your fenders
I got under my new rig and saw that someone had manufactured a few speed nuts for behind the screws holding the fenders. Whenever I see someone doing extra work on a new rig it's a red flag. Sure enough they had stripped almost every screw on the curb side and fixed those they thought they couldn't get away with. This has come up on here many times over the years and the normal fixes are to put bolts on or just to use speed nuts (they are sometimes called spring nuts) on the screws. Did that to my old rig and they lasted six years no problem. Now I've done it to the new rig.

Nuts about nuts
I had the same experience on my 2017 3730FL. Just driving 50 miles home from dealer, lost 7 of the 22 screws holding my 4 pieces of fender in place. Replaced them with #12 SS sheet metal screws, and haven't had any more problems. Called dealer who said they always check them. I say BS.

3 Montana's and the same with each one. The first thing I do is put a little RTV on the back side of the threads and that fixes it.

My 2016 High Country 375FL had 10 of the fender screws backing out. I put speed nuts on and not a problem since. Someone posted about the same problem a while back ( thanks for the solution)

Yep I carry a bag of small bolts and acorn locking nuts to replace them as they strip out.

A regular supply of speed nuts now occupies my tool box and it's one of the first things that needs to be done to your new rig. Just did our third unit, no worries now.

Add locking tabs to all screws and then put a dab of silicone seal on each speed nut to stop them from ever getting loose.

As soon as I brought the 5er home I bought 15 SS 8X32 bolts, 15 nylon nuts and 30 washers. The beginning and end of each fender section is replaced 1st then as they loosen.

X2 Those skirts flop around so much it shakes the screws out. I also use the ss 8x32 screws and acorn lock nuts. Paint screw heads and good to go.

2008 and 2012 Montanas both purchased new and haven't had this problem and we are full-timers.

To stop the flop ~~ I went to the scrap yard and got a piece of vehicle door weather stripping. Attached at the openings where the wind is scooped at 65 mph and that almost eliminated it.
