Plastic in Microwaves

There is some "netlore," that has circulated since about 2002 regarding the using of plastic in Microwaves. I have seen a thread that indicates a lot of people use plastic plates and glasses.

Please make sure that they say "Microwave Safe," before you use them in the microwave.

FDA REFEREENCE

You can do a Google search on "plastic in microwave"
