Will this work?
Dick and I were wondering if this
would work in our truck with our Pullrite Super Glide hitch?
In advance thanks for any input.

I think it would. I was looking at the small rear box in the web site but then realized you probably do not have the room with the slide hitch. That also leads me to believe you have a short bed.
Take its dimentions and build a cardboard model and test it.
Good luck.

Thanx cmp-shooter and John for the quick replies. I guess I should have explained better. We can't use the typical box because we will have the Yamaha Generator with us up behind the cab on one side. We haven't been able to find a half box for the other side.
John your idea of a cardboard model is a great one. I will mention it to Dick right now.
Thanx again guys,
Patty

Wow now that one might work, the partner box. Dick's only concern is the weight on the back since weight is already and issue.
Thanx so much for posting that second link.

I have both boxes in Red. The front one is 30 inches deep and the back one hauls the power 50 amp cable and such. Yes I can see where weight could be a problem.
Good luck and make sure you have enought room between your hitch slid all the way back and the tail gate for the partner box.
Cheers,

I have similar boxes that I still have in my truck. I usually that them out now, as they have come in contact with the pin box when you put the combination in some turns when there is also a dip or steep driveway. The one I have got came from Sears and slid out easily, Have thought about extra mounts near cab when towing.

Dick and Patty,
As a suggestion you could also email the Pullrite rep in the Michigan area with your inquiry seeking his input. We use our Pullrite rep here in the South and he has been really helpful to us.
Your rep is: Kevin Schmitt at Kevin@PullRite.com.
From the Pix it does seem to be ok cause the box appears below the cargo rails. Good luck.

I don't think the pullrite is the problem but rather the back of the pin box hitting it. I know when I am making a sharp turn there is not much clearance between the back of the pin box and the side of the truck. This is compounded if you are on uneven ground.
