Kitchen is dark

We have a 2009 34RL and love it. The peninsula kitchen is very dark. All the lights work but when doing detail work on the counter it is not adequately lit. Often the Mrs. likes to sew and use this counter. We replaced the original lamps with LED's and gained nothing. I am considering adding two additional LED double ceiling fixtures above the counter. Has anyone else experienced this situation and does anyone have any ideas for greater light? I would appreciate all your thoughts.

You may have replaced the original bulbs with LED's, but did not increase the lumens from the old bulbs. I would check the M4 website to see if they have a brighter bulb. I'm almost sure you can get some extremely bright LED's that will do the trick. http://www.m4products.com/

My wife has the same problem with our island. It is the only Montana that i think ever had a movable island so keystone never placed a light bar over it. so i mounted a swag light from the ceiling (110 VOLT) over the island and used the chain to swag over to the plug and it has an inline switch. it works well and when or if we move we just take it down before we run the slides in.

M4 has a flat plate LED with, I think 40 LED diodes on it. They will light your kitchen up like daylight.

Hello, My '14 3150RL came with a couple of puck lights in the kitchen. Make nice nite lites. I removed the puck lights and added 2 led flat panel lights in their place. They have switches on the lights, but I added a pair of switches like Keystone uses in the bottom of the overhead cabinets. (each light has 50 led's)

I believe you must have the photo on an online site in order to have a URL location to be able to insert the photo. I do not store photos online as normal thing, only put a select few on www.photobucket.com as needed. It costs nothing, and I have not had any issues doing this.
