Screen door

We have a new 2014 3155 Montana,we just love it. Has anyone have trouble with the screen door. My has been trouble since day one. Only owned it a month. First trip in it . The door handle broke off off the door and is like the hinges are bent. We have to lift the door to get into the RV. Really on happy with a new expensive fifth wheel. I really don't want to fight with the dealer but I will. Thanks

Barry and Barb-- Contact Keystone Customer Service and talk to them first before heading for your dealer. That way Keystone has it on file about your problem and the dealer can not argue with you about repairs. He shouldn't anyway since it is a new unit and still under warranty. Let us know how things turn out!

Sounds like the door is misaligned or the door frame is bent. Suspect there will not be a fight with your dealer if a good dealer.. The villain is a warranty clerk at keystone who decides whether or not to approve a submission from a dealer. Once denied, a real fight to overturn. I just went thru that and got approval for a previously denied claim. The dealer pushed from his end and I pushed keystone corporate and they got tired of us and approved the repair just to shut us up. If you have an aggressive dealer on your side that is most of the battle. A customer oriented dealer will simply fix your door. Does not sound like a big deal to fix.
