Splendide dryer

I have the stackable wahser and dryer. The washer ia fine, but the dryer doesn't put out much heat. I have it set on the high heat settings, but have to run the dryer a couple times before the clothes are dry. Is this normal? My dryer is model #TVM63X.

I have the combo, but I have to be careful it's not way too hot. I'd call Splendide. They are excellent to work with.

It's a 110V dryer and won't get super hot.
