We went to long Island last year and on the way back we stayed in Jersey City NJ at Liberty Harbor RV park. Short 1/2 mile walk down to the Hudson and the ferry across and your in lower manhattan. Ferry runs all day until appr 9pm. The RV park is all gravel and or pavement and is tight but doable (some large rigs). Water and Electric and a dump station and bathhouse. If i remember 99.00 plus tax

We stayed at Liberty Harbor RV Park last year. Agree with firemedic227 about gravel and pavement, but it's convenience and price (for NY) can't be beat. We had a great time there. I'm originally from Lancaster PA area. Last year we stayed at Hershey RV Park (Thousand Trails) in Lebanon. They also have the PA Dutch Country RV Resort in Mannheim or Circle M RV & Camping Resort in Lancaster. Going back to Hershey this Sept.

Stayed at the NYC/Newburgh KOA twice. Nice park. Have NYC tours as well.
