Stairs inside Montana

Has anyone addressed the issue of inside stairs in a 5th wheel? Those of us with arthritis could really use half steps instead of the high steps we have now.

The only problem I see with 1/2 steps is that I would never get all the way up and I sure would miss the ability to go to the bathroom!! Just kidding, actually Julie was wanting smaller steps and a hand rail as well to assist her father. I made outside steps for our winter set up but have not yet figured a way to do it on the inside as more steps would intrude into the kitchen area and obscure the main entrance. Good luck with you quest.

kdeiss, Where did you attach the railing? The walls seem so flimsy, we are not sure where to attach anything.
