Staying in One Place

Hi,
We are Jim and Ginny from central New York and new to the forum. Everyone seems so nice - and the information we have gathered already is great! We previously owned a 28' Jayco Qwest that we took to different campgrounds on the weekends. Then we went to the RV Show in our nearby city and "fell in love" with a 2002 315RLS Montana Mountaineer. Needless to say, it is now ours! As soon as the snow melts (June, maybe?) we will be taking it up to our newly purchased land just fifty miles north of our home for the summer instead of traveling around. So, with all that said, here is our question. Is it going to hurt the tires to let the trailer sit in one place all season? Should it be jacked up to take some of the pressure off of them or should some of the air be let out? We do know that we should cover the tires to keep the sun from killing them, and we will do that. Any input from you wonderful folks would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if this doesn't end up in the right place on the forum - I'm still not sure exactly how to post things - I'll learn in time!
Thanks!
Jim and Ginny
