Another newbie checking in!!

I am an absolute newbie to the world of rving, however I am working for an RV dealership, and we carry Montana. Love the line! My wife and I are still a few years away from retirement, but love the 3295RK and the 3655FL. A friend of ours warned us about the rear kitchen problem they had... seems the hot water would cool LOTS by the time it got to the kitchen. Is this a common rear kitchen problem? It might influence our model decision.

Thanks to everyone on the wonderful advice I've read for the last week on the myriad of topics!!
