No Propane
Arrived yesterday afternoon at our RV site in Arkansas. This is out 3rd outing in our 2018 3121RL. Did everything like normal including turning the port side gas bottle on. Last night I tried to light the burners and no fire. I decided to troubleshoot this morning. I shut the regulator off and turned it on slowly. Pulled the bottle to verify that there is gas and the bottle is full. I even tried the starboard side bottle. Bottom line is that no gas seems to be getting to the Furrion burners or oven. Any other ideas? What am I missing?

Regulator vent hole, check to see if blocked. Burner tubes and igniter would be the next thing to check. Slim chance a LP line is kinked, but regulator a prime candidate, assuming all LP devices dead.

Do any other propane devices work? If the furnace and water heater do but the stove (and your refer which is in the same slide), check the flexible propane line under the slideout. There have been a number reports of the line being kinked and preventing the stove from working.

Can't really check the furnace because it's about 100F here. The hot water heater is on electric and the fridge is residential. That said, I checked the lines and there are no kinks and no chaffing. I am suspecting that the regulator is the issue. I can't even get a whiff of propane when I turn on the stove top or oven. Anyway to check a regulator besides replacing it?

You can check your furnace. Just run the inside temp of the camper below 90 degrees. That is the max temp you can set your furnace to. Once you have done that, switch it to heat and see if your furnace will light. All you are trying to do is see if it will light.
I am in Texas also. Just do not tell your neighbors you are firing up your furnace. They may think you are crazy.
I am having my dealer do the same thing to fix my camper under warranty. I do not want to have to take it back if I can help it.

Got home yesterday from our trip. Since I now have the proper tools, I pulled the dual tank regulator. I disconnected both supply tank lines but it still showed green on color the indicator. It was not until I disconnected the bottom output line did the color indicator go to red. Does that sound right? I would have thought the color indicator would have gone to red once I disconnected the supply lines.
I have a Marshall Excelsior Model MEGR-253 ordered up from PPLMotorhomes. It should be here mid week.

the supply lines have check valves to prevent back flow when you disconnect from the tank. So far your results sound normal, as Carl suggested run you water heater on propane and see what happens!

You may need to bleed the line.

I did not see where anyone mentioned that once you have removed and reinstalled the pigtails from the tanks, you must open the cylinder valves very slow, otherwise you will activate the check valves in the plastic nut assembly in the pigtail hose, and very little gas will flow. Also, if you are trying to get the range to light and it won’t, it’s possible that the wire at the igniter has come loose. You can use a match to light a burner or just reconnect the wire.

No Propane
I went through this problem off and on for a couple years. Drove me whacky. I could only get a very small gas supply to users or no gas at all. Checked connections for leaks and found none. Replaced the dual regulator. Still same problem. Last summer discovered a loose connection between the gas pipe that connects the two gas bottles from one side of the rig to the other was every so slightly loose when I decided to replace the small single regulator in the left propane bay. Tightened it up and was finally good to go. Got lots of gas pressure now. If there is a very, very slight propane leak, the safety devices will shut down gas flow. If you smell a lingering propane detection odor, you may have a tiny leak. Sure felt good to get that long running problem solved. I went through the drill of opening the valves as slowly as humanly possible many, many times before I finally, accidentally, found and solved my problem.

Thanks all for your input. My new regulator has not arrived yet. I am hopeful but not overly optimistic that this is the fix but I'll keep trying.
rhormann I tried to light both the cook top and oven using a long lighter but no joy. I'll keep you all updated.
Thanks for your input jhauck. I'll keep that in mind.

Did you try running the water heater on gas like Carl said before you took it all apart? and are you sure you have gas in the tanks?

100% sure there is gas in both tanks. No, I have not tried the hot water heater as Carl suggested. We were on electric at the time and it probably wouldn't fire up. I plan to install the new regulator when it comes in and try the cook top & stove. If that doesn't work then I will try the hot water heater as I know the water in that tank is room temp now.

You should be able to run the water heater on LP and electric at the same time. A lot of people do just that to heat the water faster from 2 sources

Gas detect switch
Our MH has a gas detect button by the floor of the kitchen. Sometimes we have to turn it off and back on to reset it. We get no gas flow until that is set...

I have had to take a tank out and bang it around a bit to get the gas to flow after I cut the gas on too fast.

Try turning off both tank valves, disconnect the lines and then reconnect the lines and open the valves. Sometimes regulators get balky in hot weather and have to “reset” themselves.

OK the propane issue has been identified and scheduled to be resolved. I replaced the regulator and that didn't fix it. Hooked the gas bottle up to my big easy cooker and lit it with no problem. Followed the gas line to the rear of the coach and found the culprit. It was a kinked rubber gas line that came off the hard gas line. The kink occurs when the port slide is fully extended. Basically the hose is to short. The reason this has never been a issue before is because it was cold when we camped so the rubber stayed firm. We will take it in a week from next Monday. The dealer is 70 miles away but they requested that we let them perform this fix when DW called to get the proper hose size. Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions on this matter.
