Pin Stabilizers
With a TrailAir Pin Box, would any benifit be made using a pin box bi-pod stabilizer on it? Or would the air in the box eliminate any benifit?

I would think you wouldn't gain much with the trailair on there unless you can figure some way to take the movement out of it while parked.

King pin jack works fine with a TrailAir system.

If you want to take the shake rattle and roll out of it then look at the web site that Michael
listed above. That will do it.

Here are the advantages, as I see it, for the JT Strong Arm Stabilizers:
1) Pin Box independent
2) Don't have to find a place to store it - it installs permanently
3) The front bullet bolt (don't know the correct term) that is included with the kit and replaces the bolt at the foot, makes a great handle to pull up the front landing leg
4) And, did I say I don't have to store it somewhere where it might get the surrounding area wet or dirty???
5) It works, especially with the rear stabilizing jack supports
There are other systems that are similar; I only have experience with JT.

You mean like this:
It will work fine. If you think about it, the pin weight on the fiver is at least 2000lbs. It takes the force of that 2000lbs to compress the air bag as you are driving down the road. People walking around inside the fiver don't begin to have enough weight to compress the bag. Even my kids jumping around all over the place don't move it one bit. That being said, the pin box stabilizer is not going to eliminate all the movement in the fiver. I think it helps but as others have suggested, you may look into the JT system. It seems to get great reviews.

We have the aluminum version of this one. Weighs only 18 lbs and can handle 800 lbs of pin weight.
Works fine.
