Businesses, or selling things while retired?

What type of things or services do you have? Maybe tupperware, vitamins, pocket knives, rare books; like that.
I guess I can ask that here, it would just be interesting to see what we all do to bring in a few bucks while on the road.
Sue makes jewelry, teaches classes on the road and here at home.
I sell wind toys, poles, wind socks yard spinners and do a little RV repairs and mods.

I am very successful in not doing anything that remotely resembles work. However, when not On the road.. I do drive School bus and charter bus when they can catch me. It pays for a lot of the on the road stuff.. Helen is a level three Reiki person and much to my surprise and amazement brings in a few bucks doing that.

Ozz, Nancy an I still work 3 country fairs and festivals a year, one in april, two in october, I cook fresh pork rinds in an old antique wash pot, and boil p-nuts in draft beer kegs!!lol, then when i feel the urge I carve wildfowl, (ducks) and song birds just to stay outta Nancys hair! HA! brings in a few coins for fuel an campground fees.

Ozz. We carry Automotive products with us. Were a dealer for SFR Corp and Fast Wax. SFR or Superior Friction Reduction is a corp out of Whitehall Mt. the produces products to suplement the oil we use. It has been apporved by all of the American automobile manufactures. And Fast wax is a wash and wax product that lasts a long time. We wax our Montana once a year and wash it with water after that and the water just bubbles off. It's manufactured in North Carolina and some of the NASCAR owners use it.

Reiki is a form of natural healing from using energy from within and into the other person. Is this correct? Rick?

I remember the 'laying on of hands' as a young Mormon, I think it is similar.
(Not a Mormon anymore, but I think they are good people.)

Ozz, I use my road time to take positions as a "Shovelbum". I do Archaeological surveys or what ever else is needed by Cultural Resource companies. These are usually anywhere from 1 or 2 weeks to a couple of month positions and can be almost anywhere in the country. This summer, starting after Memorial Day, I will be working for the National Park Service at Yosemite.

Along with this I deal in used books and paper items dealing with Western American, Railroads, the Deserts, Archeology/Anthropology, etc. Mostly on e-bay now but before e-bay I did it as a mail order business.

Ozz, when we finally start full time I want to do Wheat Weaving and sell them during our travels. Not so much for the money but to learn this fine art.

Wheat weaving, is that art that was done by our forefathers in early America?
