Tuckaseegee RV Park near Cherokee NC

This is a very nice campground! We are backed up to the river with a view of the mountain. Sat they had a bar-b-que and a Blue Grass Band which was very nice. Is anyone else close by?

Depending how long you are in the area, check these out:

1. rafting on the Tuckaseegee...take a lunch...wear bathing suits

2. visit Blue Ridge parkway with entrance near Waynesville NC not far
from you. Short hike to Graveyard Falls on the BR Parkway.

3. See downtown Sylva and Bryson City

4. Harrah's casino at Cherokee if you like slots/or gambling.

Don't know if your still there but come to Maggie Valley (18 miles away) and see Wheels through time museum if you love old motorcycles.

We came home on the 6th. Sorry we missed it. My husband has a Harley so he would have enjoyed that. He spends most of his time at Harrahs when we are up there.....
