Most of the Cracker Barrels we've stayed at were on I-77, A few on I-95, a few on I-75. They have rv parking, usually in the back where they take deliveries. The rv spaces are usually short. We park against a curb, in the rv area out of the way where we don't interfere with nightime delivery trucks. We look for an easy out path for when we leave in the morning after breakfast. We try not to arrive until 9:30 or 10pm and always go inside and ask. Haven't been turned down yet, always feel secure (especially with the CZ at bedside)

When we used to motorcycle travel and car travel we always hit the Cracker Barrels. I have been in dozens of them that I had a hard time finding a place to park a regular vehicle, let alone a 55'-60' RV combination. Maybe I just haven't been in one during the right time of day or one that doesn't do much business. Do love their menu though.

Don't get me wrong, we do stop there to eat. It's the late night deliveries and having to come off the road late that bother us. The late night delivery problem sounds funny since we do truck stops, but with truck stops it's constant noise and you can tune it out. Late night deliveries, it's just get back to sleeping good and another truck comes.

Not sure about us doing that, especially at the one I meet my relay driver at 5 nights a week. That place is busy, noisy, and too small ...the 411 is the Pilot at Stanfield , Oregon... We actually prefer the Wal-Marts that welcome rv's but even those can be iffy. IMHO.
