Wings got iced on way to 7 Feathers
We got slightly north of the Cal-Nev border when it started raining and snowing, and just north of the ag station when it turned mostly to snow (and this was at 5000'). Their comments at the ag station on the weather for the rest of our journey to McCloud didn't make things sound any better.
I carry chains for the truck and the trailer at all times, but don't ever want to use them, and 27 years in the fire service keeps me from throwing caution to the winds.
As much as we will miss all our friends, we know we'll get another chance to see you.
Have fun, guys, and think kindly of us.
Bob and Sharon
