Swaping Out hitch question

Currently I have a Pullrite 4400 18K fifth wheel hitch. I would like to swap it out for a B&W Patriot 18K sliding hitch. Question, will the rails I have now in the bed of my truck fit the Patriot hitch?

I had a B&W installed a month ago, Patriot 18K mine is not a slider, but it should fit your current rails with no problem.

Not sure, but my Pullrite is on the same rails as my old Reese slider so I would bet it will.

Upgraded from the Reese 15K to the Patriot slider. Used the same rails. It is a tight fit, had to smack it with a rubber mallet. Final at left front, jumped on it and bingo. No plan to remove until I trade trucks so all is good. Better tight than loose.

Yes, standard rails are standard rails.
