2019 Coo's Bay Spring Rally Baggie Breakfast

Welcome All! Cal and I (Leanne) Jones will be your host this year for the baggie breakfast.

Thank you in advance.

Its looking like a great turn out so far With Lots and Lots of food !! Make Sure you Bring your appetites.

Time: 9:00 am Date: Sunday June 23, 2019 Location: Pavilion

A Baggie Breakfast is a MOC tradition of placing raw eggs in a baggie with other great ingredients, boiling in a water bath for a few minutes, and making an omelet.

Bring a one-quart Zip Lock freezer bag:
Write your name on the Baggie with a black Sharpie and how many eggs you have in your bag with either one, two, or three eggs in the bag. (yes you must break the egg first before you put them in the bag (like scrambled eggs)).Add your favorite ingredients, and we will cook your omelet for you.

We will also need side dishes, potatoes, sweet roll, coffee cake, bacon, sausage, ham, fruit, etc.

*We could use Extra egg ingredients this year (past few years we seem to run out quickly due to the growing number of MOC members) please sign up for multiple members to bring ingredients…

We usually roast a bag each year and freeze it. Around here, the roasters set up at the grocery stores. Once the fresh stuff runs out, you can buy it canned at Sam's club; probably other places. It still taste great.
