Level-Up System
Our 2014 Montana has the Level -Up System that does not level the 5th wheel side to side. Is there a way to tweet the system. It does level front to back

I'd take it back the the dealer and make them re-calibrate the system. No excuse for that not to be set up properly right from the start. It's also possible that there is a real problem, another reason for the dealer to look at it.

Please post a followup on this issue. I would be interested to know the outcome.

Changing "what is level" according to the Level Up system is really easy. If you don't like it's version, then manually adjust the jacks to what you think or perceive as "level". I know one member who likes the head of the bed to be higher than the foot. Consequently his "level" has the left (driver) side noticeably higher than the right (curb) side.
Once you have achieved a "level" that you like, then:
ZERO SETTING THE CONTROL
1. Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
2. Push “FRONT” button 10 times,
3. Push “REAR” button 10 times
4. Control will flash and beep, LCD says “ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”
5. To memorize this level condition , press “ENTER”
6. LCD says “ZERO POINT STABILITY SUCCESSFULLY SET”
7. The control will then turn off.
8. Turn “ON/OFF” on to commence operation.
and shazaam, your personal "level" is set.

One thing we know about our rig is that it's not level. Using levels we discovered that if you made level in one section of the rig the others were then out of level. We had to pick the setting we liked best overall.

What Carl said id true, it is really easy. We had to re-calibrate ours when we brought it home. Have not had a problem since-two years later.

The level set up is in the manual as stated and easy. It is true there are IMO no two points in the camper that are level. Helen used the golf ball on the kitchen floor method. Drop it and if it does not move it is level or the bathroom door method. Open the door and if it stays there it is level. We trust the level up system and it seems to be OK.

We use the bathroom door method as it is the most accurate for the various points of testing in our unit.

I used this system whenever I first received my Montana. It was not level. Now it is perfect.
