Soft Ice Cream

Is any one else experiencing ice cream that softens in the freezer? Everything else stays frozen solid. I can make fresh Ice cubes with no problem.

Do you have the single or double fridge? We have the dbl 4 door and the left side freezer keeps ice cream but the right side does not. We read it on this moc and sure enough that was the case so we plan accordingly.

I was told my a Norcold rep that the reason the left side is colder is because that is the side that has the ice cube maker if you have one.

We do not have the automatic ice maker, but to keep the ice cream cold it has to be on the left side and on the bottom, not on the shelf.

I don't know why, but it works. (ice cream is very important to someone in my household, named Jim)

Dick, if you can figure a way to e-mail those Blizzards you could start a whole new enterprise.

Don't want a whole new enterprise. Just trying to retire. After working three shifts in the last three days (graduations), I'm not real sure how much progress we're making.
