Swapping Couch and Recliner Positions

In the very rear of our 3555RL are the 2 recliners with a table between them. Then, opposite the entertainment center slide, is the couch.

We want to swap the positions of the couch and the recliners,(i.e., end up with the recliners opposite the Television). However, the table appears to be permanently built into the unit and curiously, the lower drawer is screwed shut as if something is permanently installed in there.

Can this "end" table between the recliners be moved in order for us to move the couch into that space across the back of the unit?

Virgil & Jo: Our table that was between the recliners is moveable. We have moved the couch to the rear of the coach and the recliners opposite the tv. Works better.

I can't move mine. My power input comes in to the main breaker box there. The main breaker box then feeds the breaker panel by the converter up near the door and also feeds the breaker that runs to the washer/dryer area.
