On a recent trip to North Carolina, I noticed a vibration in the steering of our 2015 Silverado at 45mph and above. I know how hard these can be to track down, so it was with some trepidation that I took the truck back to the dealer. A short while later, they called me up and told me they had ordered a new tire for the front left wheel.
On the one hand, I'm glad they were able to pinpoint the cause so quickly. However this is my first experience with Michelin tires, and while I know any manufacturer can make an occasional bad specimen, I'm a bit disappointed, especially after reading that others are having problems with the Michelin brand. I hope this is an isolated incident and not an indication of future problems for this set of tires!
