Is it solid box beam or two piece?

Maybe they've realized several of us are making our own for 1/4 their price. It's not rocket science, just a brace.

No do not think it is solid as it is adjustable with holes up and down it. Just a fyi for those who can not or do not want to make thier own. Cheapest price I have seen since thinking of putting one on. It's on the Mor Ryde web site to view.

I don't think that is the sale price at Tweety's. Same price I paid on April 22. Shipping was free.

Jim, yes it is two pieces, and took less than 1 hour to install. Was stronger than I expected, and I am pleased with it. I didn't have the time to trace down materials and make one, so went with Mor/ryde center brace XFactor.

I paid $118.00 plus shipping from Mor/Ryde and it's a solid box beam. It came with new grade 8 bolts.

Hmmm... sounds as if there is two different styles? The ones I've seen pics of are adjustable for width with two pieces and multiple holes for bolts.
Seems like a good idea, probably my next mod...

I didn't want an adjustable one, I wanted a solid bar between the suspension hangers.

Geez... we called Mor Ryde also and they wanted $189.00 without shipping 2 days ago. They told me that they could not come close to Tweety's. Maybe the other style is cheaper... When we searched the net Tweety's stated it was sale price in red. The other sites where in the $180.00 range.

I'm away for the weekend. When I get home Monday night, I'll find the name and number of the person I contacted at Mor/Ryde.

Gary Wheeler 574-293-1581 Ext. 22.

If this is not who you dealt with, he can take care of whatever you have questions with on Mor/Ryde products, or sell you whatever it is you need from Mor/Ryde I bought my wet bolt kit from him. I wanted to change the length of my wet bolts on the end hangers so I could add a brace, he changed them from the 3" to the 3.4" to reach thru the plate I welded on the end of the braces. Also changed the 3/8" bolts to longer ones for the middle hanger so I could reach thru the plate that I had welded on the end of that brace ( X-Factor style braces ) with no extra charge to change the wet bolt kit. He is a great guy to work with.

Thanks. We just bought a 2009 36REQ Big Sky and feel it would be in our best interest to add the extra supports. Thanks for the information. Will look into it.

I just purchased two of the solid ones from Mor/Ryde for $118 each + shipping. I dealt with:

Ben Wiginton
MOR/ryde International Inc.
1966 Moyer Avenue
Elkhart IN, 46516
ben.wiginton@morryde.com
574-293-1581 x 219
574-294-4936 Fax

We installed one on our rig and the other on MOC Member zman08's rig. They came with all the necessary hardware and fit perfectly.

Jack

I don't see a solid bar X factor on the MorRyde website...they all look to be two piece adjustable?

The solid one is not advertised. If you call or e-mail Ben he will let you know if the solid one will fit your rig.
