Avatars ?????

Ever since the system was down recently I can't see avatars. All I get is an empty box with a small square in the corner. Is it just me or is everyone having this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

The avatars were a victim of the recent system update. They will return, we just don't know when. We thank everyone for their patience.

I for one, can live without avatars as long as the forum stays up and running well. (Don't get me wrong... I do like the avatars, but more than 24 hours without the forum...........yuck!!! :-(...)

Thanks TwinkleToes, you guys do a great job. I agree with Mynabird, the avatars are nice but I can live without them as long as the forum stays operational.
